Adidas miCoach Pacer

The Adidas miCoach trainer is a weight loss and fitness gadget you can use if you need a little more of professional advice on how to train properly. This fitness trainer tracks your heart rate, distance ran, speed, calories burned and strides covered, and lets you know when to slow down or pick up the pace on your run.
You can have it strapped on your waist and use the earphones to receive information on your speed, distance covered, heart rate when to slow down or pick up and time remaining to finish your run. The Adidas miCoach fitness trainer comes with a heart rate monitor which you fix on your chest to measure your heart rate.
